Astrovia OS is a web-based eCommerce operating system that provides tools for cross-border pricing analysis, VAT compliance, duty estimation, and data mapping for international sellers.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Subscription and Billing

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly in Australian Dollars (AUD)
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
  • Refunds are provided at our discretion for unused portions of paid subscriptions
  • Prices may change with 30 days notice to subscribers

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts
  • Using the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Sharing your account credentials with unauthorized parties
  • Interfering with the proper functioning of the Service

6. Data and Privacy

All data processing is performed client-side for maximum privacy. We do not store or have access to your uploaded CSV files or financial data. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.
